FTT Dance Centre offers performance companies for students that are interested in working with a team to perform for shows, conventions, competitions, public events, and more. For students who are interested in achieving personal dance and fitness goals, FTT Dance Centre also offers drop in classes for all ages.
FTT Dance Centre is well known for its exemplary Hip Hop dance program. Under the direction of Ken Jimenez, our students learn that with Hip Hop dance comes and extensive foundation, vocabulary, and history.
FTT Dance Centre is also well known for creating well rounded dancers. Under the direction of Tara Cluck, our students train in Jazz, Contemporary, and Ballet technique.
We are proud to have created an environment that attracts dancers of all backgrounds and abilities. We believe first and foremost that the passion for dance comes from within. We work to create an open and accepting environment which enables dancers to feel confident in this unique self-expression. We provide students with the necessary tools to challenge their brains and bodies in achieving growth through movement and music interpretation. We are proud to have attracted a staff with extensive experience in not only dancing, but teaching. And, it is through the experienced staff that we are able to take dancers to their next level through hard-work, encouragement, exposure, and motivation.

Ken Jimenez, Owner

Originally from Oakland, California, Ken is a highly regarded Hip Hop Choreographer and Instructor. Since relocating to Denver, Colorado in 1997, Ken founded the nationally acclaimed Motion Underground Dance Company and Studio and From The Top Dance Centre. With a passion and skill for educating dancers around the country, Ken has worked in almost every state, offering Hip Hop Master Classes, Convention Instruction, and Group and Solo Choreography to thousands. |

Tara Cluck, Director

Tara is a Colorado native, but her dance background has taken her all over the world. She has a long history of teaching many styles of dance, but she found her niche in instructing jazz and contemporary movement, technique and choreography. Her choreography can be seen on countless dancers across the country and throughout the world, but she truly enjoys being able to touch dancers lives here in Denver. Tara is highly sought after and often invited to teach Master Classes, set Choreography and teach technique intensives to studios, dance companies, high school, college and all star dance teams across the country. |
